Ready to eat hot or cold, suitable for freezing. These fresh baked goods are delivered in a temperature-controlled box. They will need to be refrigerated on arrival. They have a 5-day shelf life and can be frozen for 6 months.

Re-heating from chilled

Rolls - Set the oven to 160°C. The pastries will take 15 minutes to re-heat. Cover the pastry with foil halfway through cooking if the pastry starts to darken too quickly. Always ensure that the middle of the pastry has reached piping hot before eating.
