Our roasts are moist and tender with a firmness that carves really well and with a mouth watering meaty taste.
The Brisket is glazed with Marmite topped off with Thyme all you have to do to get it ready for your Sunday lunch is to pop it in the oven for 35 minutes and let the glaze get to work crisping up the roast.
Instructions; Baste and cook for 35 minutes at 170
