Bamboo Tofu Press

Enhance your tofu and firm it up by removing all that excess liquid from it.

By pressing tofu, you can create a tofu that is a lot firmer in texture and that will take on more flavour when cooking.

These unique Tofu Presses are carefully handmade using traditional tools and methods in our workshop.

Ideal gifts for Vegans, vegetarians, people following plant based diets, birthdays, weddings and Christmas. 

Made from Bamboo, with Stainless Steel bolts, washers and wing nuts. All our presses are finished with a food safe oil.

The pattern of the grain within the wood used on each tofu press will vary to the photo in the listing.

Care instructions

Wash with warm soapy water, rinse clean, then wipe off any excess water and leave to air dry.

Do not clean in a Dishwasher, and  do not soak in water for a prolonged period of time as this may lead to degradation and possibly cause the press to break whilst in use.

From time to time the oiling the platter to help keep it in tip top condition. Use food safe oils that are designed for things like chopping boards or other wooden kitchen tools.
