A wonderfully crumbly fantasy inspired shortbread, is suitable for a Vegan diet. The perfect accompaniment to a cup of tea and a book or a fantasy film marathon, or for themed snacks for gaming sessions.
This comes as a mix pouch and instruction card to make Elven Style Shortbread, for those Middle Earth inspired bakers as nothing beats the taste and smell of freshly baked snacks! There's a very short shopping list of oil and bananas and any add in's you'd like and away you go! Brown bananas are best but this has been rigorously tested and yields great results with ripe bananas also.
