Lavender Botanical Soap

The Lavender botanical soap contains a hefty percentage of sea salt, which makes it a hard and long lasting bar.

But hard doesn’t mean harsh - quite the opposite. The combination of lathering coconut oil and moisturising olive and castor oils produce a rich and creamy lather.

Sea salt is great for skin health, as it has natural antimicrobial and anti-inflammatory properties. It also helps soothe and heal skin when used as a scrub, as it removes the top layer of skin, which is composed of dead skin and bacteria. These dead skin cells make skin rough, clogs pores, and ultimately can lead to blemishes.

This soap bar has a calming lavender scent. It contains just lavender essential oil, a dash of pink kaolin clay to help draw out skin impurities, and a sprinkling of lavender buds for a little decoration. A little extra special ingredient is the inclusion of some coarse pink himalayan salt.
